Windmills Pre School Playgroup
Windmills has been established since 1970 and has undergone several name changes over the years. First, as Dorridge Methodist Church Under Fives Group, then Windmills Playgroup and now Windmills Pre-School. None of these name changes affects who we are and what we do. We are a church group specialising in the care and education of under five's. We do this at our Stay and Play group which is run by Lynn Taylor and is a toddler group for children and their carers from age 0 to nursery. Our Pre-School offers good quality care and early year’s education for children from the age of 26 months up to 5 years.
Dorridge Methodist Church Council is responsible for the group but the day to day running of the group lies with Lynn Taylor who has many years experience and is also a qualified tutor in Early Years.
The group holds the Investors In People Award.
We are pleased to let you know that YOUR Pre-School has recently been inspected by Ofsted (one of the first in the borough) and received an OUTSTANDING inspection report against the Early Years Foundation Stage Standards in all areas.
